Wine, cheese and oil tour is an private tour that make possible to experience in one day, about 9 hours, the three pillars of Sicilian agriculture in selected companies. Small producer with a very high quality level, family business in an authentic terroir where only natural techniques are used to get to a tasty but above all genuine product.

The attendee can begin their tour visiting a small dairy in a picturesque country area to see how Sicilian ricotta and caciocavallo cheese are made, rigorously with raw milk taken from their cows.

Then it will be the turn of an organic oil company located in an amazing Baglio , an old Sicilian fortified farm house from 1700, where an oil tasting and an home made lunch prepared by the owner, a young woman specialized in traditional farm cuisine.

After lunch the attendee will be taken to the last stop in Alcamo for a wine tasting in a local company renowned for its natural style of wine production. We begin with a vineyard tour and then visit the cell. The visit is followed by the wine tasting by one member of the family that owns the company.

All the visits and tasting are lead by the owners of the companies because the goal of this experience is not simply to try some genuine food and wine but to be in touch with the local culture meeting the people that work everyday to build this economy and to maintain old production system.
