Have fun sticking your finger in the dough, our pizza maker, an industry expert, will tell you about the history and tradition of the pizza, its secrets, its processing, the choice of ingredients, the flour used and the wonderful mozzarella. Together you will have the opportunity to make the traditional pizzas such as the daisy and the Sicilian pizza called sfincione. After putting the pizzas made with your own hands in a wooden oven, you will follow closely the cooking process, then take them out of the oven and finally relax with your pizza and a glass of Sicilian wine.
